1. Production & Fulfilment Time

All personalized jewelry is made-to-order, requiring 7–14 working days for production due to demand and craftsmanship care. After production, fulfilment time may experience an additional 5–8 business day delay, to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy. This timeframe reflects standard practices in handmade jewelry production and shipping methods for custom items.

2. Estimated Delivery by Region

3. Tracking & Notification

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier link.

  • Please note it may take 1–2 days for tracking to activate on the courier website. If information isn’t available immediately, check again after 24 hours.


4. Delays Due to COVID‑19 & Unforeseen Events

Occurrences like quarantines, courier restrictions, or customs slowdowns—often exacerbated by pandemic-related measures—may delay delivery. Please expect occasional delays even amid global disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding as delivery environments evolve. Reeds


5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

  • For international deliveries, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • Any taxes or duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Please note that Aerolia Jewels cannot predict or prepay customs costs.

  • If duties are refused at delivery, the item may be returned — reshipment fees will be charged, and we can only refund the original shipping cost, not duties.


6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Failures

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • If the address is deemed insufficient by the courier (e.g., incomplete street info or missing postal code), the package will be returned to us. You’ll need to pay for reshipment fees after we reconfirm your address.

  • Packages held at customs or returned for address issues that are beyond our warehouse control are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Unclaimed or Refused Packages

  • Shipments not picked up and returned undelivered are considered unclaimed.

  • You may reschedule delivery with couriers where possible, but Aerolia Jewels is not responsible for reshipment costs.

  • In certain regions, abandoned packages may not return—resulting in no refund.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival.

  • If it’s damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at hello@aeroliajewels.com.

  • Provide your order number, tracking details, and photos of any damage. Prompt reporting ensures we can resolve it swiftly.


9. Pre‑Order & Final Sale Items

  • Orders marked "Final Sale," "Pre‑Order," or "Made‑to‑Order" cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours of placement.
