Refund and Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy — Aerolia Jewels

1. Store Credit Only

2. 14-Day Return Window

  • You must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Customer shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at hello@aeroliajewels.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • We will reply with a return address and reference number.

  • Include the return reference number inside your package.

  • Returns will not be accepted without a reference number.

4. Issuance of Store Credit

  • Once your return is received, it may take up to 7 business days to inspect and issue store credit.

  • Store credit has no expiration date (unless otherwise stated), and must be used online at aeroliajewels.com.

  • Exchanges can be made by placing a new order using your store credit.

5. Item Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging, with tags intact (if applicable), and include your order receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Please inspect items upon delivery.

  • If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon receipt so we can review and resolve it.

7. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry is non-cancellable or non-returnable once processing has begun (24 hrs after order placement).

  • Sale items, gift cards, and heavily discounted orders are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

  • We also cannot accept returns on products such as food, flowers, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or custom engravings.

  • If you have questions about a specific item’s eligibility, please contact us.

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure all order details—such as custom names/initials, shipping address, and contact number—are correct in your order confirmation email.

  • If an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will notify you and request updated info; reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.
