Return & Exchange Policy — Aerolia Jewels

1. Store Credit Only

Refunds are issued in the form of Aerolia Jewels store credit only; no cash or payment-method refunds. Shopify (or your Shopify apps) allow issuing returns as store credit at checkout instead of a refund rwfine.comreturnprime.com+8changelog.shopify.com+8community.shopify.com+8.
2. 14-Day Return Window

You must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Customer shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at hello@aeroliajewels.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will reply with a return address and reference number.

Include the return reference number inside your package.

Returns will not be accepted without a reference number.
4. Issuance of Store Credit

Once your return is received, it may take up to 7 business days to inspect and issue store credit.

Store credit has no expiration date (unless otherwise stated), and must be used online at aeroliajewels.com.

Exchanges can be made by placing a new order using your store credit.
5. Item Condition Requirements

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging, with tags intact (if applicable), and include your order receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect items upon delivery.

If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon receipt so we can review and resolve it.
7. Non‑Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized jewelry is non-cancellable or non-returnable once processing has begun (24 hrs after order placement).

Sale items, gift cards, and heavily discounted orders are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

We also cannot accept returns on products such as food, flowers, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or custom engravings.

8. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure all order details—such as custom names/initials, shipping address, and contact number—are correct in your order confirmation email.

If an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will notify you and request updated info; reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.
