❓ Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to nearly every country in the world. Loading and delivery availability depends on destination services.
📦 Does my order include tracked shipping?
If you’d like tracking information, please select "Tracked Priority Shipping" at checkout. Once we’ve begun processing your order, a tracking number and courier tracking link will be added. You’ll receive an email notification at that time—tracking may take 1–2 days to activate in the courier’s system.

🕒 How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing (handcrafting custom pieces): Approximately 8–10 working days—custom orders take time to ensure top-quality workmanship.

🔍 How can I track my order?
You will get an email when your order is fulfilled with your tracking number and link to the courier’s tracking page. If the link shows “No information yet” on the courier site, please check again after 24 hours, as tracking often takes time to activate. 📬 What if I think my order is lost?
Check the timeframe from dispatch plus these delay buffers:

If your order has not arrived after this waiting window, please email us within 7 days after the final estimate at hello@aeroliajewels.com. Missing orders reported late may not be eligible for replacement. Note: for Shopify stores timing claims, orders must be reported promptly. Shopify Help Center
📦 What happens if I miss my delivery & the package is returned?
If a courier attempts delivery and the package is not collected (or address provided is insufficient), it may be returned to us. Once received, we will notify you—reshipment fees apply and must be paid prior to re-dispatch.
💸 Do I need to pay import fees, taxes or customs duties?
Yes—any import/customs charges or duties are the customer’s responsibility. These vary by country and package value. We are not obligated to pay, estimate, or refund these fees if paid upon delivery.
💳 What currency is used on your site?
All prices on aeroliajewels.com are listed and charged in USD. Any credit card exchange fees are out of our control—please consult your bank.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
To allow for customization and quality control, orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production begins, and we cannot cancel or amend custom orders. The "Cancel order" feature in Shopify functionality adheres to a 24‑hour window. Note: orders placed using discount codes or during sales cannot be canceled once processing starts. community.shopify.com
🔄 Are returns or exchanges accepted?
Yes—within 14 days of delivery, we accept returns or exchanges in the form of Aerolia Jewels store credit only. No refunds to original payment method. Contact us during that window at hello@aeroliajewels.com to initiate. Shipping costs for returns are not included.
